Shirley is used predominately in Australia, and around the world to help organisations bring people together where they are motivated and challenged to better engage for the purposes of creating a future vision that is inspiring and “doable.” Her background of working in international aid and crisis situations has equipped her to advise into some of Australia and New Zealand’s most complex and high-risk projects. Either setting the teams (Alliance or JV) up for success, or being brought in to act as troubleshooter in the areas of communication, performance, leadership, or stakeholder relationships enabling quick recalibration and recommendations enabling to get back the project back on track.
