Faye Evans
Faye Evans is a registered psychologist, board-approved supervisor, trauma-informed therapist, and group facilitator with over 30 years of clinical experience supporting women through the emotional complexities of their lives. Specialising in developmental trauma, attachment wounds, perinatal mental health, and the major transitions of womanhood, Faye blends neuroscience, somatic practices, and contemplative wisdom to create therapeutic spaces that are both grounded and deeply human. Her integrative approach draws on EMDR, schema therapy, mindfulness, and somatic interventions, weaving in positive psychology, neurobiology, and soul-based practices to guide women from survival to self-authorship. Known for her gentleness, authenticity, and capacity to hold spacious, meaningful conversations, Faye helps women develop inner trust, emotional clarity, and renewed self-connection—especially during the often-hidden crises of midlife. She is the author of Soulful Simplicity, a reflective guide for women in or around therapy who are ready to slow down, release external expectations, and reconnect with their inner voice. Through one-on-one work, group facilitation, and writing, Faye continues to support women as they move toward healing, meaning, and a life they can claim as their own.
