Over her 25+ year career, she has led brand, marketing and engagement portfolios for Lloyds Bank, IAG, SkyCity and Bendigo Bank and led projects such as: re-engineering the business model of a retail credit finance business; building and bringing a new private health insurance fund to market; and overhauling the marketing and customer experience for a superannuation fund.
