She is the Founder and Principal of Alison Crabb Consulting and have worked with some of Australia’s most recognised and successful organisations for more than 25 years. Her career began as a Travel Consultant with Flight Centre Travel Group, where her career trajectory saw her promoted to Store Manager and then to an area leadership role before spending eight years as a Global Leader in a highly competitive and challenging retail environment.
